At AHP Welders, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the welder and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package to our designated service center using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your equipment arrives safely for processing.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
